First hike of 2018 #jan1 #icy
We started Whole30 program, which eliminates carbs, added sugars, legumes, dairy and alcohol from our diet for 30 days, then slowly reintroduces them later. We will pair it with one daily activity: running, hiking, yoga, or weights at the gym. I will update you on how we feel as time progresses.
